Planning permission for amendments to Reg. Ref.: 2584/12 for development at the permitted ground floor units 3A, 3B, 5B and 5C of the Trinity Biosciences Building originally approved under Reg. Ref.: 4995/06. Proposed amendments to Reg. Ref.:2584/12 comprise of the following: Amalgamation of units 5C (68sq.m) and 5B (592 sq.m) and the change of use of unit 5C from the permitted retail/restaurant/cafe use to science and technology based industry use; Amalgamation of units 3B (21 sq.m) and 3A (330 sq.m) and the change of use of unit 3B from the permitted retail/restaurant/cafe use to science and technology based industry use. The amalgamated unit 3A/3B will also incorporate a cafe and exhibition area; Provision of a mezzanine level of 492 sq.m gross over part of unit 5B for science and technology based industry use. The proposed development will result in a total science and technology based industry use of 1153 sq.m gross to the east side of the central concourse.
