Permission comprising of revisions to apartment Blocks 9 and 10 as previously permitted by An Bord Pleanala under Reg. Ref. PL06D.225947 (DLRCC D06A/0927). The number of apartments in block 10 will increase by 12 no. from previously permitted 147 no. apartments (20 no. 1 bed, 95 no. 2 bed and 32 no. 3 bed) to 159 no. apartments (22 no. 1 bed, 105 no. 2 bed and 32 no. 3 bed). Car parking provision at basement level will increase by 68 no. spaces (from 253 no. to 321 no. spaces). There will be 158 no. spaces within block 9 basement. There will be 163 no. spaces in block 10 basement. There will be an overall reduction of 4 no. at grade spaces.
