Permission comprising of revisions to apartment Blocks 9 and 10 as previously permitted by An Bord Pleanala under Reg. Ref. PL06D.225947 (DLRCC D06A/0927). Car parking provision at basement level will increase by 68 no. spaces (from 253 no. to 321 no. spaces). There will be 158 no. spaces within block 9 basement. There will be 163 no. spaces in block 10 basement. There will be an overall reduction of 4 no. at grade spaces.
