1) Construction of 131 no. build-to-rent residential units (16 no. studios, 34 no. one bed, 73 no. two bed (including 21 no. duplex units), and 8 no. three bed units) in 4 no. blocks ranging in height from 5 to 6 no. storeys (including ground and mezzanine floor levels) comprising: a total of 30 no. apartments (20 no. 1 bed and 10 no. 2 bed) in a 6 storey block facing Dollymount Park; a total of 40 no. apartments (12 no. 1 bed, 20 no. 2 bed (including 12 no. duplex units) and 8 no. 3 bed) in 6 storey block facing St Gabriel’s Road; a total of 33 no. apartments (33 no. 2 bed (including 9 no. duplex units)) in 6 storey block facing Redcourt Oaks; and a total of 28 no. apartments (16 no. studios, 2 no. 1 bed and 10 no. 2 bed) in a 5 storey block facing Seafield Road East over a single level basement providing 81 no. car parking spaces including 3 no. disabled parking spaces and 1 no. car share space, 3 no. motorcycle parking spaces, surface water attenuation tank, service and plant areas and waste management areas;
