The construction of a three-storey apartment block (Block A) at Medebawn housing development, Avenue Road, Dundalk, Co. Louth.
Permission for 20 no. residential units comprising of
(i) 3 no. duplex apartment blocks (Block A, B and C) each comprising of 2 no. 2 bed apartments at ground floor level, 1 no. 3 bed apartment at first floor and second floor level and 1 no. 4 bed apartment at first and second level.
(ii) 2 no. terraced blocks (Block D and E) each comprising of 4 no. 2 storey 3 bed dwelling houses. The development shall include vehicular and pedestrian access to the site through Medebawn housing development and all associated site development works.
