Permission to demolish existing derelict dwelling and farm yard structures and to construct 6 no. Poultry houses together with all ancillary structures (to include covered central passageway, office and ancillary buildings, manure/general purpose shed, soiled water storage tanks, meal bins etc) and associated site works (to include site development/filling, hardstanding areas, sightline and access road improvements, storm water attenuation and the provision of an on site waste water treatment system and percolation area), on an existing dwelling/farmyard area and adjoining lands. This application relates to a development, which is for the purpose of an activity requiring a licence under part iv of the environmental protection agency (licencing regulations 1994 to 2013). An environmental impact assessment report (eiar) will be submitted with this planning application.
