Change of use for existing warehouses nos. 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 from commercial agricultural warehouses to bonded whiskey maturation warehouses including all necessary upgrade works and all associated site works. 2. Permission for 6 no. Bonded whiskey maturation warehouse units, retention pond, overground fire water tanks, pump house, access roads and all associated site works. The proposed development will be classified as a lower-tier establishment under the European communities (control of major accidents hazards involving dangerous substances) regulations, 2015 (comah regulations 2015).
