A proposed extension to the north of the existing Bon Secours Hospital. The proposal includes the following (A) Hospital accommodation on 6 floors with top floor plant and enclosed bridge link connections to the existing hospital; (B) Removal of existing single lane bridge and demolition of adjacent disused out building and replacement with 1 no. new 2 lane bridge over the South channel of the river Lee, proposed construction of temporary Bailey type bridge for use during construction; (C) upgrade of existing avenue including removal of some trees;proposed modification of existing Western road vehicular entrance including proposed left out/left in turn only and the demolition of existing lodge building and the construction of a free standing sign lit by LED ground wash lighting; (D) proposed realignment & landscaping of entrance fore court at College Road including omission of 2 vehicular entrance/exits & modification of 2 existing vehicular entrance/exits and proposed permanent surface car park west of the existing College road existing forecourt; (E) permission for retention of the existing temporary car park North of the River Lee (F) the relocation of existing oxygen tanks, oil storage and gas skids; (G) proposed construction of bin store to East of existing hospital. The proposal includes all related support services and all associated and ancillary site & landscaping works
