Construction of an amendment to the previously approved permission (Fingal County Council reference F07A/1250 & An Bord Pleanala Reference PL06F.228296) for development at this site of approx. 8.287 ha. It is proposed to construct a 2 storey extension at Retail Unit 203 at Level 2 of the building, over an area currently used for surface carparking. This will provide an additional floor area of 1903sqm comprising of 1755sqm of retail area, with 148sqm of support areas. The proposed development represents the next phase of an overall development masterplan for the lands. Carparking provision for the extension and for those spaces displaced from Level 2 surface carpark, are to be accommodated in the existing dormant Level 4 of the adjacent multistorey carpark, in line with the masterplan for the site. The total site area within the Red Line relevant to this application is shown on the Site Location Plan, Drawing No. 1124/PL11D.
