The construction of building extensions with a total gross floor area of c.2,734m2 at the existing facility. The building extensions will comprise;
(i) a 2-storey extension to the west elevation of existing production building P02 of c.1,003m2 and maximum height of 22.2m;
(ii) demolition of an existing single-storey entrance lobby and construction of a 2-storey extension to the east elevation of existing production building P02 of c.480m2 and maximum height of 12.2m;
(iii) a single-storey in-fill extension to the north elevation of existing production building P02 of c.50m2 and maximum height of 8m; (iv) a single-storey break-room extension to the south elevation of existing Production Building P02 of c.316m2 and maximum height of 8.2m; (v) a single-storey extension to the north elevation of existing CUP Building of c.500m2 and maximum height of 14.2m;
(vi) a single-storey extension to the east elevation of the existing warehouse building of c.385m2 and maximum height of 18.2m. The development will include local site road, footpaths and underground service connections. This application relates to development which comprises an activity which holds an Industrial Emissions Directive Licence (Reg No.P0778-02)
