Proposed works consist of;
(a) Construction of an all-weather training pitch (70m x 25m),
(b) Erect 3m high perimeter wire fence with additional 2m high netting installed above wire fencing to the eastern, southern and western boundaries of the new pitch, (5m high in total)
(c) Erect 25m long x 5m high skills wall to the northern boundary of the new pitch,
(d) Erect circa 1. 5m high retaining wall to the western boundary of the site,
(e) Together with all associated site works
