The construction of a new Primary Care Medical Centre facility, associated car parking and lighting, refuse storage, loading area, services and attenuation, entrance and entrance signage from the Dublin Road. The development consists of a 4 storey block housing a Primary Care Team and a 3 storey block housing local GP services. The blocks are linked with a 3.5 storey glass atrium. A comprehensive landscaping strategy is also proposed for the development and will provide a mixture of hard and soft landscaped areas around the building.
