The development will consist of the demolition of the existing five storey office building, Burlington House, and ancillary site sheds, with a total gross floor area of 8,505 sq.m and the construction of a five storey office building over two levels of basement with office accommodation at upper basement level and parking and ancillary facilities at lower basement level.
