(1) The construction of a shell and core only, three-storey extension to the existing facility, approximately 60m long by 46m wide & 21m high, with a total floor area of approx. 2,425sqm to be located to the west side of the existing production facility
(2) The addition of one temporary single-storey loading dock and canopy to the north side of the existing production facility, footprint approx. 75sqm
(3) Construction of one single-storey ESB switch room approx. 21.5m long 6m wide & 5m high, with a total floor area of approx. 128sqm to be located on the west side of the site
(4) Relocation of one existing single storey water pump house, approx. 45m to the west of its current location to facilitate the construction of a new internal access roadway, floor area approx. 49sqm & approx. 4.5m high, 7m wide & 7m long
(5) One proposed new single-storey water pump house, floor area approx 49sqm & approx 4.5m high, 7m wide & 7m long
(6) One proposed fire water tank 11.6m in diameter, approx. 8m high and with an approx footprint of 106sqm
(7) New chillers and vessel yard, approx total area of 220sqm
(8) New bunded diesel tank & emergency generator adjacent to the proposed ESB switch room, to the west side of the site
(9) New internal service roads & pathways, including service yards, with all associated site works
(10) The addition of new 3m high security perimeter fencing to the new site boundary
(11) A new car park comprising 92 new car parking spaces to be located across the existing IDA access road to the east of the existing Aerie facility, to include new car park entrance from secondary access road, including lighting, new hard and soft landscaping and all associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) accompanies this application, and will be available for inspection at the office of the planning authority
