Permission is sought to:
(a) construct a new primary care medical centre facility (approx. 2500 m2), with attached pharmacy (90. 4 m2)
(b) construct a detached services/refuse storage building (51. 8 m2)
(c) associated car park facility in compliance with local authority requirements
(d) form connections to existing foul sewer, surface water sewer and water mains
(e) form new entrance off existing service road
(f) together with all associated site works.
