The development involves a number of maritime-based industrial facilities, as well as education and research essays in Kilkeel, Galway county in the townlands of Kilkenny, the high waterfall and a wharf. The development includes the abstraction of water from a scanning lake, its transfer to the lake of iron and its temporary storage, impoundment and pumping to the sea-park sites with mains downstream.
