Expressions of Interest are invited from Suitability Qualified Contractors for the construction of a new primary school at Scoil Phadraig Boys National School, Clane, Co. Kildare. The Works comprise of: Provision of Temporary Accommodation on school grounds and decant school in to Temporary accommodation. Demolition of existing single storey school building(s). Construct New two Storey 24 Classroom National school with gross floor area 3796m2, incorporating 390m2 GP room with Ancillary Accommodation, associated site development works. This is Stage 1 (pre-qualification) of a two Stage Restrictive procurement process. Refer to the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire for further details
1) The erection and subsequent dismantling of a two storey temporary school building and associated site development works including new connections to existing public services;
2) The demolition of the existing school buildings and ancillary structures;
3) The construction of a new two storey school building, all associated hard and soft landscaping, play areas, ball courts, car parking areas, public set down areas, covered bicycle stands, boundary fencing and gates, ball court fencing, G.A.A. pitch ball nets, building mounted signage and all associated site development works including foul, surface water drainage, rainwater harvesting work, water main layout and the diversion of the existing combined sewer traversing the site.
