Permission will include all associated site works including the provision of solar panels, hard and soft landscaping and boundary treatment; associated bicycle and car-parking provision, including off-street parking along Dublin Street; the upgrading of existing vehicular entrance on Dublin street; the provision of a walkway & pedestrian access gates to the rear of the site to provide access from the nursing home to the graveyard; provision of foul & surface water drains and attenuation on site with connections to existing services and provision of a water mains on site with connection to the water mains.
