Permission is sought for development. The development will consist of the amalgamation of the ground floors of vacant units c01 and c02 (previously approved for retail warehousing) with the adjoining dunnes stores supermarket (currently occupying units c03, c05 and c05) to provide for a single development as follows;
A new Dunnes stores supermarket layout to include a reconfiguration of the supermarket layout, including providing within for a new butcher and fishmonger (total 2,382sq.m. net); a new food court/in-house restaurant (517sq.m net); a relocated off-license (252sq.m net); a new health concession shop (65sq.m net) and all associated ancillary site layout alterations and site service works.
The total revised development, to include back of house facilities, will have a gross floor area of 4,378sq.m. The application is accompanied by a retail impact assessment study.
