Ref. 2100/14) principally comprising revisions to the bicycle access arrangement including: the omission of the previously permitted direct stepped access to the basement level bicycle store on the eastern side of the building and the omission of the associated above-ground glass entrance structure; its replacement with a glazed roof light; the provision of a dedicated cycle lane within the existing vehicular access ramp on the western side of the building; and all associated ancillary works above and below ground.
