The proposed amendments include (i) revised site layout to replace 14 no. Homes with 12 number homes, consisting of 1 no. 3 bedroom bungalow, 3 no. 4 bedroom bungalows with integrated garages, and 8 no. 4 bedroom part single storey and part two storey dwellings, with detached single storey garages; (ii) the provision of individual on site waste water treatment systems for each of the 12 no. Proposed homes; (iii) omission of previously permitted crèche and (iv) all ancillary and associated site works and landscaping.
