Construction of two wind turbines comprising towers, nacelles and composite fibre rotor blades with:one turbine at a hub height of up to 85 metres, a rotor blade diameter of up to 82 metres, and thus a blade tip height of up to 126 metres with a steel tower with concrete section; and the other wind turbine having a hub height of up to 55 metres, a rotor blade diameter of up to 44 metres, and thus a blade tip height of up to 77 metres with a steel tower. The proposed development also includes external wind turbine transformers; single storey substation control building ; turbine foundations, hardstands and assembly areas with drainage , new access tracks and improvements, upgrade of existing tracks, use of existing site entrance; associated drainage works, including drainage channels, drainage crossing and silt traps along the access tracks; underground electrical cables and associated communication cables; and all ancillary development and associated site works.
