Development consists of the construction of new premises, comprising of the following: 1. Construction of 41,450m2 industrial unit/production facility 12.1m high, with some 19.1m high sections. 2. Attached 4,650 m2 three storey office block with ridge of c.15.9m high. 3. Company signage on building and on entrance walls. 4. Hard standing areas, with car parking provision. 5. On-site foul pumping station with connection into public mains. 6. The demolition of two no. existing poultry houses, one no. existing agricultural shed and two no. meal storage bins. 7. Provision of an ESB Sub-Station. 8. Two no. over-ground water storage tanks. 9. Entrance on to public roadway. 10. Entrance walls, gates and boundary fence. 11. Pedestrian footbridge, access and steps from development onto N2 roadway, adjacent to the Coolshannagh Roundabout. 12. Up filling of the adjacent Monaghan County Council lands with excavated soil from site. 13. Together with all other associated ancillary site work and included with the submission is an Environmental Impact Statement.
