(i) Construction of 34 no. dwellings comprising:
(a) 1 no. four-bedroom, 2 storey dual frontage detached dwelling (House Type 1);
(b) 6 no. four bedroom, 2 storey semi-detached dwellings (House Type 2);
(c) 20 no. three bedroom, 2 storey semi -detached dwellings (House Type 3);
(d) 2 no. three-bedroom, 2 storey semi-detached dwellings (house Type 3A);
(e) 2 no. two-bedroom 2 storey end of terrace dwellings (House Type 4);
(f) 1 no. two-bedroom 2 storey terrace dwelling (House Type 4A); and
(g) 2 no. two-bedroom single storey semi-detached dwellings (House Type 5). Each dwelling will be provided with private amenity space and 2 no. on-curtilage parking spaces;
(ii) Continuation of vehicular and pedestrian access approved under Reg. Ref. F20A/0223 to serve the development.
A shared surface is also proposed to serve house nos. 13-34:
(iii) Provision of 3,725sq.m of public open space. A footpath is proposed from the proposed public open space through the approved public open space to Chapel Lane;
(iv) Provision of SuDs surface water drainage;
(v) All other associated site development works, including landscaping and boundary treatments and all ancillary infrastructural and engineering works, necessary to facilitate the development.
Planning permission has previously been granted under Reg. Ref. F19A/0117 for the demolition of the existing grain store buildings, electricity plant building and removal of existing concrete grain silo bases on the site.
