Planning Permission and Retention Permission for Alterations to previously approved planning application (Reg. Ref. F17A/0564) for warehousing development at Palmerstown, Oldtown, North County Dublin.

Alterations which Planning Permission is sought for consist of the following:

a. Change of use of 23.5m² ground floor Staff Facility area to Office accommodation.
b. Change of use of 81m² Plant Room Area (from 216m² to 135m²) to Office accommodation.
c. Site Plan alterations:
1.Revised site boundary to suit the new arrangement.
2. Omission of previously proposed firefighting water tank.
3. Additional parking space due to revised areas.
4. Associated drainage adjustment.

Alterations which Retention Permission is sought are associated with the erection of the steel frame and cladding, consist of:

1)Reconfiguration of floor areas as follows:
a. Warehouse area increase of 1,826m² due to enlarging building 16.25m towards the north, and 8m towards the west (from 5,496m² to 7,322m²);
b.A charging room floor area increase of 99m² (from 419m² to 518m²);
c.Additional office space at Ground Level (107m²);

2)Elevation alterations:
a. Rearrangement of fire doors & level entry goods doors;
b.Addition of M&E units to Eastern (side) elevation;

3)Building Position and floor level:
a. Building fully relocated northwards by 3.36m;
b. Building FFL lowered by 500mm (resulting in parapet lowering by 500mm).
