Construction of a 7 storey extension to the Trinity City Hotel to the rear (north of the site abutting Cards Lane and Spring Garden Lane). Comprising 43 bedrooms and ancillary areas at second to sixth floor level. Total gross floor area of hotel extension c.1,418.2sqm. 4. Development will also include ground level courtyard between buildings, room balconies/terraces (south facing), new metal railings to Pearse St entrance and all associated site development and landscaping works.
