The development will consist of amendments to the permitted scheme to increase the number of en-suite bedrooms from 51 no. To 56 no. The overall permitted gross floor of the building increases by 67 sqm from 3,468 to 3,535 sqm, with a minor increase in a part of the roof profile by an increase of up to 0.35m due to lift overruns.
