Extension of duration of planning ref. No. 16/329 – revisions/modifications to approved development. The current application seeks amendments to the partially complete temple wood housing development which was permitted under ref: 06/2885 and subsequently amended by application ref 12/555.
The proposed revisions result in a revised site layout providing 34 houses (in lieu of a total of 30 as approved under ref 12/555) within a site boundary of 16.59ha. The nine approved sites numbered 23-31 have been reconfigured to now feature 13 sites, which are sequentially numbered 22-34.
The proposed house designs on plots 22-34 are reconfigured to accommodate individual site constraints. The internal road layout remains the same. Access is proposed from the upgraded/improved dairy entrance onto Kellystown Lane previously approved under ref 06/2885.
The internal road layout remains as per granted under ref: 12/555 and permission is also sought for minor revisions to the services infrastructure.
