Permission for amendments to reg. Ref. 03/1754(as amended by reg. Ref. 06/1075), extended under reg. Ref. 15/91. The development consists of the following:

(2) Construction of 3 no. 2 storey 5 bed type d house at the following addresses: 65,66 and 72 marlmount court.
(3) Construction of 8 no. 1. 5 storey 4 bed type f house at the following addresses: 68,69,70,77,78 and 79 marlmount court, and 80 and 81 marlmount park.
(4) Construction of 10 no. 1. 5 storey 4 bed type f1 house at the following addresses: 70,71,72,73,74,75,76,77,78 and 79 marlmount park.
(5) For minor modifications to approved road layout and ancillary site works.
