The development will include ancillary site works as well as fencing, signage, entrance gate, 22 car parking spaces that include 2 disabled car parking spaces, as well as sheltered bicycle parking. The development will also include modifications to the attenuation pond, and to the landscaping previously permitted under SD15A/0034.
