Amendments to the permitted retail unit no. 53 (Reg. Ref. 12/61, ABP PL09.241321) including the public toilet area to the rear and will consist of the following: (1) The subdivision to provide 2 no. single storey retail units of c.148 sq.m each. (2) Alterations to the existing elevations to include;(a) Unit 53a: replacement of the existing 2 bay window with a 3 bay window on the western elevation. (b) Unit 53b : repositioning of the main entrance door, provision of a new 3 bay window on the western elevation, a new service entrance to the eastern elevation, and the removal of the public toilet entrance on the northern elevation. (3) A new single storey staff toilet block c.23 sq.m located south of the permitted unit no. 76a within the central service yard of phase 2 (currently under construction). (4) All ancillary services and site development works.
