The primary care facility (4 storeys) shall provide for a pharmacy (c.213.7 sq m); pharmacy store room; consulting, clinic and treatment rooms (no. 40); GP surgeries; ancillary office space; reception and waiting area; and all ancillary accommodation. The leisure centre (3 storeys) shall provide for a 25m swimming pool and 2 no. baby pools; gym facilities; 2 exercise studios; martial arts and boxing room; 2 no. multipurpose courts; 2 no. squash courts; changing facilities; viewing gallery; a café and all ancillary accommodation. The nursing home (4 storeys) shall provide for a 108 bedroom (120 resident) facility including delivery area; kitchen facilities and dining spaces; activity and games room areas; physiotherapy and occupational therapy suites; changing facilities; internal garden area; roof terrace and balcony areas; staff rooms; and all ancillary accommodation. The overall development shall also provide for 309 no. car parking spaces (111 no. located at basement level and 198 located at surface level); 313 no. bicycle parking spaces; ESB sub stations; plant room areas; waste storage areas and bin stores; c.4,319.8 sq m of public open spaces; c.2,656.3 sq m of private soft landscaped areas; vehicular access to the site via two access points on Jamestown Road – 1 existing and 1 proposed (an existing entrance point is to be closed); and all associated site development works.
