A single storey maintenance shed for storage of equipment and materials for the upkeep of the Island Golf Course, incorporating ancillary staff facilities within a two storey section of the structure, together with a marshalling yard and associated site works, all to replace, relocate and rationalise an existing similar facility within the course. The proposed works also involve the provision of a new car park and associated site works located adjacent to the existing clubhouse to replace the existing two separate car parks. The proposed works also include the rerouting of a section of the existing access roads within the course boundary to facilitate access to the new car park and maintenance shed.
