PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission for development on a 0.11 ha site approximately at Nos. 16-18 Lord Edward Street, No. 18 Exchange Street Upper (Known As "Fashion House") and Copper Alley, Dublin 2. The development will have a total 128 no. hotel bedrooms. Access to the development will be from Exchange Street Upper and Lord Edward Street. The development will also include piped infrastructure and ducting; an ESB substation; roof plant; signage; canopies; ancillary storage rooms and staff accommodation; 13 no. bicycle spaces; changes in level and all associated site development and excavation works above and below ground.
