The works will include (1) A 4 storey extension to the east of the existing Manufacturing building, (2) A 2 storey extension to the north of the existing warehouse, (3) Relocation of the existing eastern car park and rationalisation and relocation of the previously granted car park spaces (Planning Reference 15/5818 and 17/5797) to a proposed new site car park to the west of the existing Manufacturing Building, (4) A single storey extension to the south of the Existing Warehouse to support warehouse operations and (5) part demolition of the existing temporary modular building (Planning Reference 14/5337) to facilitate construction works and the erection of a new temporary modular building to the east of the existing Manufacturing Building for office use with link into the part-demolished existing modular building. The construction will also include associated site development works including internal roads and drainage. The proposed development is covered by an Industrial Emissions Licence No. P0864-01.
