(B) In accordance with condition no. 2(a) of 303427-19 granted permission, along the northern boundary in lieu of 15 no. terraced houses, as omitted in the aforementioned condition, we hereby apply for the construction of a terrace of 5 no. houses comprising 2 no. Type C houses and 3 no. type D houses plus 1 no. 3 storey apartment building (consisting 15 no. 2 bedroom apartments) with rooftop plant area together with bin store, public open space, pedestrian access, and associated parking
