The mechanical contractor for this project will take responsibility as the main contractor responsible for all associated work. The work will consist of the following: 1)Replace existing pumps 2) Replace existing AHUs 3) Replace existin large extract fans (not Fume cupboards) 4) Add insulation to calorifiers and valves 5) Adjust controls All associated plumbing, controls, wiring and builders works.
