Kilkenny County Council wishes to establish a “Multi-Party Framework for the provision of Minor Building and Refurbishments Works to Residential Properties” in the Kilkenny County Council Areas under the terms of the Short Public Works Contract PW – CF6. The Framework will be established for a two-year period initially, commencing in 2024 on a date to be agreed. There will be an option to renew the Framework Agreement for one year to cover 2026 subject to demand and budget availability. The scope of works is outlined (but not limited to: 1.
