A new energy centre building, generator and fuel storage compounds to the existing services. Works to include the following
(A) The demolition of the existing diesel storage tank and associated concrete bund, removal of existing electrical generator, and associated fencing to the generator compound
(B) A proposed new secured fuel storage compound with associated stone faced walls and new self-bunded fuel storage tank
(C) A proposed new single storey energy centre building containing a new LV switch room, a new transformer room, a new RMU and a new ESB substation
(D) A proposed 2 no. freestanding electrical generators within a new generator compound with an associated timber fence
(E) Alterations to the existing site to include for repositioned accessible parking, ramps, footpaths, and landscaping
(F) All ancillary site works both above and below ground. This is a protected structure.
