The project will consist of the construction of a new 2/3 storey, 35 classroom replacement primary school building (approx 5,484 sq/m), including phased demolition and removal of existing school buildings, provision of 2 storey temporary school accommodation (and removal of same on completion), temporary play areas and all associated site development works.
