The scope of works works are detailed below and on the relevant drawings and are summarised as follows: Demolition of existing out buildings and walls. Excavation of ground to required formation level and construction of piles and foundations. Site works including Site surfaces, formation levels, and exterior lighting, etc. Construction New Fire Station including all structural and architectural elements, fixtures and fittings, all mechanical and electrical services, all internal and external finishes as noted on Drawings. Construction of waste water treatment system and percolation areas, foul and surface water drainage (including manholes, gullies etc.), Watermain, ESB connection, etc. Site works including Site surfaces, formation levels, and exterior lighting, etc.
