Mary Immaculate College, Limerick, wishes to establish 2 no. single operator frameworks for Electrical maintenance and repair works, including out of hours emergency call-out electrical repairs. Minor installation works will also be included. The two frameworks to be established are as follows: Lot 1 / Framework 1: Electrical Repair & Maintenance works in the Tara building at MIC Lot 2 / Framework 2: Electrical Repair & Maintenance works across the MIC Estate (excluding Tara building). Note: The Tara building includes the Lime Tree theatre which operates as both an educational space and a commercial theatre. As a commercial theatre, it requires particular Electrical services support / back-up, including a very short response time call-out support, and familiarity with theatre lighting and Av equipment & wiring.
