10kV ESB substation comprising a single-storey building and external plinths.

A ground mounted solar photovoltaic (pv) farm within a site area of approximately 40 hectares consisting of solar photovoltaic panels covering an area of up to 75,100sq. M on ground mounted steel frames, 1 no. On-site substation with 2 possible locations, option 1 identifies the substation location within the townland finnis and option 2 identifies the substation location within the townland of mishells, up to 8 no. Inverter/transformer stations, underground cables and ducts, boundary security fence, new internal tracks, cctv cameras and all associated site services and works located within the townlands of finnis and mishells. Permission is sought for a period of 10 years.
