I, Mr. Ashely Bourne am applying to Wicklow County Council for permission of a development which will consist of the following elements: the erection and operation of a c. 1MW photovoltaic energy development on c. 1.65ha, which includes fixed panels on ground mounted frames, customer/ESB substation unit which will be connected to the national grid with overhead line, electrical transformers, inverters, switchgear, underground cabling and ducting, boundary fencing, security entrance gates, CCTV, internal access road and all associated ancillary activities, located at Goldenfort, Baltinglass, County Wicklow. the operational lifespan will be 35 years. a five-year planning permission is being sought.
