Development which will consist of the installation of 510m2 (105 kWp) ground mounted Solar Photovoltaic (PV) panels and all associated ancillary works. The solar PV array will comprise of multiple rows of panels running north-south in east/west configuration to capture the best solar resource. The proposed 105kW array is estimated to generate 71,100kWh/year of electrical energy and reduce the CO2 on-site by 24 tonnes/year. The ground mounted panels will be a maximum height of 1.5m above ground level and screened from view by the existing site boundary hedgerows, trees and buildings.
