Application under Section 54 of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 to develop land without compliance with condition 25 of the Planning Approval Reference: LA09/2016/0232/F for an 11 turbine wind farm and associated infrastructure. Condition 25 states that the height of the turbines to the tip of the blades shall not exceed 149.9m, their hub height shall not exceed 100m and their rotor diameter shall not exceed 99.8m. This application seeks to vary condition 25 to state that the height of the turbines to the tip of the blades shall not exceed 149.9m, their hub height shall not exceed 100m and their rotor diameter shall not exceed 117m. Minor movements to two of the turbines and associated infrastructure within their micrositing areas are also proposed.
