The construction of over 300 new apartments in a €58 million development in Santry has commenced.
Work began on the junction of Santry Avenue and Swords Road in Co Dublin.
The construction of foundations for Blocks A, B and C has started on the 3.7 acre site.
The plans consist of 321 apartments, with 104 one-beds, 198 two-beds and 19 three-beds across four seven to 13 storey buildings. Developers have divided the four buildings into Blocks A-G.

Block A will be seven to 13 storeys with 51 apartments (22 one-beds, 23 two-beds and six three-beds). In the adjoining seven-storey Block B, there is 38 apartments (six one-beds, 26 two-beds and six three-beds).
Also at seven storeys, Block C will consist of 53 apartments (14 one-beds and 39 two-beds). The adjoining Block D rises to eight storeys, with 44 apartments (22 one-beds, 15 two-beds and seven three-beds).
Block E stands at eight storeys with 49 apartments (seven one-beds and 42 two-beds). Meanwhile, Block F is at seven storeys with 52 apartments )13 one-beds and 39 two-beds).
Finally, Block G is a seven-storey block with 34 apartments (20 one-beds and 14 two-beds).
It also will provide three retail units, a medical suite / a GP practice unit and a communal arts and culture space.

Apartment residents will be able to avail of a number of public open spaces between Blocks C-D and E-F and between Blocks A-B and C-D.
Vehicular access to the development will be through Santry Avenue in the north-west and off Swords Road in the south-east.

An Coimisiún Pleanála granted permission in June of that year. Construction began in June 2026.
